The pre-cast panels on the Palliser One building envelope became a safety risk and had to be replaced. The project included for the removal of the pre-cast panels with a crane, abatement of mastic, new air vapour barrier, new substructure and new metal panels to complete the envelope. In addition to the crane, swing stages were used to get access to the side of the buildign to complete the required works.
