In 2015, a fire destroyed Red Crow Community College, and the school had to split their campus to two remote locations, while other critical programs were held in partnership with other institutions. The new development project allowed RCCC the opportunity to consolidate all operations into a centralized modern campus. M3 provided development management services to the school and became a trusted advisor to the community.
