The Revera Scenic Grande is a new seniors care facility constructed on 4.5 Acres in the community of Scenic Acres, Calgary which opened in 2020. As an addition to the extensive portfolio of high- end retirement living and assisted living facilities owned and operated by Revera, M3 was engaged to work with their project team in the development of a new facility in the Scenic Acres Community which is comprised of: 68 units of Class B2 Care Occupancy – Assisted Living / Memory Care. 134 units of Class C occupancy - Independent living. Commercial Kitchen, Pool, Golf Simulator, Common Laundry.
