The Underwood Tower is a 30-storey, 225-unit residential building, with 215 parking stalls, received occupancy in June 2019. M3 was engaged at IFT drawings and in addition to our standard services to move the project into construction, we recommended and led a total redesign of the interiorsin order to update to new market and consumer demands. This was a collaborative and complex exercise with many engineering constraints, but we were able to upgrade the interiors for a relatively small per unit cost and with zero impact to the overall construction schedule.. This tower is considered to represent the new product standard for this asset class will be a leader in the purpose built multi-residential rental market in Calgary.
