Aspen Properties engaged M3 to provide Development Management services to facilitate the selective demolition and renovation of interior space, as well of external area of the north and south plaza. The project scope encompassed renovations to three levels of the Sun Life Plaza building – the lower ground floor, upper ground floor, and +15 level and required a phased approach to design and construction to ensure public safety and to accommodate access and for occupants of the commercial office space located above the retail podium.
